ROCHELLE — On Aug. 17 at 6:23 p.m. Steven W. Blomberg, 31, of Rochelle was arrested on two outstanding Ogle County warrants and transferred.

On Aug. 17 at 11:24 p.m. Rafael Belmonte Lopez, 43, of Rochelle was arrested for driving under the influence. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 17 at 10:18 p.m. Derrick K. Jones Jr., 26, of Rochelle was cited for no insurance and suspended registration. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 18 at 6:31 p.m. David Walsh, 26, of Rochelle was arrested for criminal damage to property. He was released on a notice to appear with a Sept. 20 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 19 at 8:44 p.m. Lance R. St. Clair, 33, of Winnebago was cited for disobeying a stop sign and no insurance. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 19 at 8:54 p.m. Brittany A. Longoria, 35, of Rochelle was cited for speeding and no insurance. She signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 19 at 10:58 p.m. Luis E. Menchaca, 26, of DeKalb was arrested for driving while license revoked and cited. For speeding. He signed a promise to comply and was given a Sept. 13 Rochelle court date.

On Aug. 19 at 5:21 p.m. Weylin G. Nay, 18, of Rochelle was arrested for domestic battery and transferred.

All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.
