On May 14 at 1:01 p.m. Segay Angello Anthony Biroo, 49, of Surprise, Arizona was cited for gross overweight. He was released on a notice to appear with a June 7 Rochelle court date.

On May 14 at 11:21 a.m. Esaveri Mulindwa, 24, of Rockford was cited for disobeying a stop sign. He signed a promise to comply and was given a June 7 Rochelle court date.
